Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Paid Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and monitor daily performance marketing campaigns across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social (Meta/TikTok), and Display channels.

• Creative Iteration: Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to produce high-converting ad variations, testing different hooks and visual formats.

• Performance Optimisation: Adjust bids, targeting criteria, and placements daily to achieve campaign KPIs and maximise return on ad spend.

• Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct ongoing keyword expansion for SEM campaigns and audience segment discovery for paid social ads.

• Performance Reporting: Compile daily/weekly campaign performance data, identifying key trends and areas for campaign improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience executing paid performance marketing campaigns in tech, e-commerce, or digital agency environments.

• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and basic spreadsheet manipulation.

• Numerical & Detail Orientation: Strong comfort with numbers, budget tracking, and attention to detail during campaign setup.

• Growth Mindset: Eager to learn modern digital marketing tools, attribution frameworks, and growth tactics.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
