Your Role: Customer Success Intern

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct daily outbound calls to assigned property agents to maintain engagement

• Follow up on inactive or low-activity accounts to encourage listing activation and usage

• Deliver clear, structured messaging to remind, educate, and prompt action from agents

• Build basic working relationships with agents through consistent communication

• Act as the first touchpoint for managed agents under your portfolio

• Escalate key issues or opportunities to the Customer Success team

• Follow up on incoming leads or inquiries to ensure timely response from agents

• Remind and push agents to respond to leads and update listing status

• Log all call activities, outcomes, and insights into CRM or tracking tools

• Maintain accurate records of agent activity, responsiveness, and engagement level

• Assist full-time team members in account monitoring and basic analysis

• Support ad hoc tasks related to customer engagement and retention

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone daily

• Clear, confident, and structured in delivering messages

• Able to meet daily call targets and follow structured workflows

• Persistent and proactive in reaching out to agents

• Able to identify simple patterns (e.g., inactive agents, low response) and flag them

• Diligent in logging activities and maintaining accurate data

• Comfortable using Google Sheets / CRM tools

• Available for full-time internship (3–6 months preferred)
